I am available first and foremost as a writing tutor as writing and editing are my strong suits. As a philosophy major I learned to carefully evaluate chains of reasoning, consider different perspectives on a single subject, and speak and write clearly about complex topics. Writing is difficult and should be difficult but with proper guidance a student can create a piece that is potent and compelling. During my undergraduate career, at U of M in Missoula, I held several teaching assistant positions. I chaired the student evaluation committee and taught a semester-long course on applied ethics to freshman. I am also available for guidance in public speaking and class participation.
